With an ethical and constitutional focus, this subject introduces the foundations of Public Law and the values that support responsible legal practice. Through the study of the constitutional state, its normative sources, and the evolution of fundamental rights, students gain a solid understanding of the Spanish and European legal systems. The principles of equality, liberty, and justice are analysed as pillars of democratic coexistence, alongside the duties and guarantees that accompany them. The training promotes professional integrity and ethical commitment, essential for practising law, strengthening skills in legal analysis, argumentation, and advocacy. With a workload of 7.5 ECTS (225 hours), it combines theoretical classes, practical cases, and tutorials, with assessment based on a practical case (20%) and final exam (80%), aligned with Eserp's academic and ethical standards of excellence.
